Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) from our distribution center in Taiwan within 48 hours after payment completion. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the following working day.
Modify Order Contents
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to edit or modify any order information. Please thoroughly check your item details and shipping information before placing your order!
Unpaid order expires after 7 days from the day the original order was placed.
If your order has expired, your order status under MY ACCOUNT will show as “Expired”. Expired orders cannot be paid for, and the currency exchange rate for that order will also become invalid.
Prices will be calculated based on the latest exchange rate for any order afterward.
When your item is on back order, it means you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!
- Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will be held back.
- The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order which they were placed.
- You will be notified via a shipping confirmation email once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer service, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out!
- We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this information on the website. This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.
UNT reserves the right to modify or cancel any orders
When your order information/ shipping address is incomplete, we will contact you through email to clarify. If we do not hear back from you in 3 days as well as we assume that the parcel cannot be delivered successfully, we will cancel your entire order and deduct a US$2.99 service fee from your refund amount. So please make sure both your shipping address and email address are correct and reachable.
UNT offers international free shipping on orders of US$ 60 or more.
For orders under the stated threshold above the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.
We offer Registered Mail / Air Parcel as the default standard delivery method. (Registered Mail might not be traceable for orders from Australia, Canada, and the United States)
If you prefer not to provide the signature upon delivery, Non-registered Mail is another option for some regions. Please keep in mind that Non-registered Mail cannot be tracked; thus, secured delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for delayed delivery, non-delivery, or lost packages.

For unclaimed packages or rejected packages due to insufficient address, we will cancel your order directly and proceed a refund. If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, a return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Products must be returned in new condition. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.
