Shipping Policy

• Order Processing

  Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) from our distribution center in Taiwan within 48 hours after payment completion. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the following working day.

• Modify Order Contents

  Once an order has been processed, we are unable to edit or modify any order information. Please thoroughly check your item details and shipping information before placing your order!

• Order Expiration

  Unpaid order expires after 7 days from the day the original order was placed.

  If your order has expired, your order status under MY ACCOUNT will show as “Expired”. Expired orders cannot be paid for, and the currency exchange rate for that order will also become invalid.
  Prices will be calculated based on the latest exchange rate for any order afterward.

• Back Order

  When your item is on back order, it means you will be first in line for the new inventory and that the item which you ordered will be sent out to you as soon as we receive it!

  • Items you order in addition to the back ordered item will be held back.
  • The back ordered items in any order will automatically ship out as soon as we receive the item in the order which they were placed.
  • You will be notified via a shipping confirmation email once your back ordered items have shipped. You will not need to contact customer service, or do anything to follow up on the back ordered item. We will take care of it for you from here on out!
  • We will do our best to estimate when back ordered items are expected to ship, and post this information on the website. This is only an estimation, subject to change, and shipping dates are not guaranteed.
• UNT reserves the right to modify or cancel any orders

  When your order information/ shipping address is incomplete, we will contact you through email to clarify. If we do not hear back from you in 3 days as well as we assume that the parcel cannot be delivered successfully, we will cancel your entire order and deduct a US$2.99 service fee from your refund amount. So please make sure both your shipping address and email address are correct and reachable.

UNT offers international free shipping on orders of US$ 60 or more.

For orders under the stated threshold above the client pays the actual shipping cost, which will vary by country and order size.

We offer Registered Mail / Air Parcel as the default standard delivery method. (Registered Mail might not be traceable for orders from Australia, Canada, and the United States)

If you prefer not to provide the signature upon delivery, Non-registered Mail is another option for some regions. Please keep in mind that Non-registered Mail cannot be tracked; thus, secured delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for delayed delivery, or non-delivery and lost packages if you do not contact us within 90 days after non-registered mail was shipped.

Due to postal office exclusions, express shipping is unavailable for the following countries:

Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If you would like to cancel your order after the payment is complete, you may contact our customer service for help. Please note that a processing fee of US$ 2.99 will be deducted from your refund for cancelation of paid-orders. However, once your shipping confirmation email was sent, it means your order is already being processed and cannot be changed or cancelled by our customer service team. Please thoroughly check your item details and shipping information before placing your order!

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased, a return request must be submitted within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Products must be returned in new condition. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error.

• Product Return for refund
  To return an item, please follow the following steps:

  • Please download the Return Merchandise form here. Fill out and enclose it with your returned item. Kindly make sure that you e-mail to untservice@shopunt.com or fax to +886-2-82277356 before enclosing this form in your parcel. This would provide us a record in case that the parcel is lost.

  • To speed up the return & refund process, you are recommended to send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been received and processed.

  • A processing fee of US$ 2.99 will be charged by each credit card and PayPal refund, and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

    *Please note: Only products purchased at shopunt.com may be returned for refund.

• Missing Items and Wrong Items Received

  • Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the parcel. We will help you out!

• Damaged Items

  • Please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the parcel. In the email, please also provide us specific details and photos regarding the defective or damaged items for evaluation. Your photos will be very helpful for our investigation.

UNT is unable to offer exchanges by mail.

To check the status of an order, please sign in to MY ACCOUNT where you can find detailed information as well as the tracking number of your order.

Please note that the delivery time frame is only an estimation excluding handling time, custom processing and clearance.

If your order has not reached you within the normal delivery time frame, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance. If the parcel remains untraceable, please contact us by email at untservice@shopunt.com. Please include your order number in all correspondence with our customer service.
