We offer Registered Mail / Signature Release air parcel as our free shipping delivery method. We highly recommend that you use your work address as your shipping address to ensure that the parcel can be signed for during delivery. Free shipping with non-registered mail / No signature required can be arranged upon request. However, keep in mind that with this shipping method, secured delivery cannot be guarantee, and the parcel will be untrackable. For a little extra, you can ship your parcel with express
shipping.

within 48 hours upon payment.

Express shipping: The delivery time frame for express shipping will be 2-3 postal days to anywhere in the world. You can find your shipping reference number in

Parcels very rarely got lost in the system. However, when it happens, we want to be the one responsible for it. If you still have not received your parcel 15 postal days after the delivery time frame has expired, we will gladly refund your whole payment When will I receive the refund if my parcel is lost? The member will receive the refund after (2 postal days + Delivery Time frame + 15 postal days) days if the parcel still hasn't arrive. For example, a member who lives in capital cities should receive his/her refund after 23 postal days. The member should contact us when he/she did not receive the parcel after the delivery time frame has expired to allow us to track down the parcel.
