Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 24
hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days
or major holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will
be processed on the following Monday.
Orders are processed and
shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding
major holidays).
Order Cancellations
Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled for various
reasons:

-Invalid address
-Invalid payment methods
-Items unavailable
-Customer request
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notifying
with the reason for the cancellation. If your order is cancelled,
you will not be charged. You will only pay for the items that are
shipped to you.

We offer Registered Mail / Signature Release air parcel as our
free shipping delivery method. We highly recommend that you use
your work address as your shipping address to ensure that the parcel
can be signed for during delivery.
Free shipping with non-registered
mail / No signature required can be arranged upon request. However,
keep in mind that with this shipping method, secured delivery cannot
be guarantee, and the parcel will be untrackable.
For a little extra, you can ship your parcel with express shipping.

All orders are processed at our distribution center within 48 hours

Any problems with the shipment must be

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery,
we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured
Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and
all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping.
For refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day
you return your package for your account to be credited.
Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually
7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal
holidays within the United States. An email will be sent
to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange
request.

Wrong Items Shipped
All our shipment contents are digitally recorded. However, occasionally,
wrong items might be shipped due to mistakes on our part. Please
contact us providing your order number. If the digital photo shows
that it is indeed our mistakes, you get to keep the wrong items
for free, we will send you the correct items upon verification.
Damaged Items
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage
that may have occurred during shipment. please contact us immediately.
Please provide the order number along with your email address for
fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, you should attached
a picture of the damaged items.
