Most orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt. (Processing time does not include weekend days or major holidays.) Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notifying with the reason for the cancellation. If your order is cancelled, you will not be charged. You will only pay for the items that are shipped to you.

We offer Registered Mail / Signature Release air parcel as our free shipping delivery method. We highly recommend that you use your work address as your shipping address to ensure that the parcel can be signed for during delivery.

Free shipping with non-registered mail / No signature required can be arranged upon request. However, keep in mind that with this shipping method, secured delivery cannot be guarantee, and the parcel will be untrackable.

For a little extra, you can ship your parcel with express shipping.

The delivery time frame for express shipping will be 2-3 postal days to anywhere in the world.

Any problems with the shipment must be reported to us within 14 days. We offer money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied in any way. Items must be returned in the original condition which were received. If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased please follow the following steps:

2.	If you like to exchange for other items that cost more than the original purchase, don’t forget to enclose the payment method.
3.	For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. In the case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items. Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. For refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

All our shipment contents are digitally recorded. However, occasionally, wrong items might be shipped due to mistakes on our part. Please contact us providing your order number. If the digital photo shows that it is indeed our mistakes, you get to keep the wrong items for free, we will send you the correct items upon verification.
