Clinical Study
Using a panel of 22 female volunteers, the
study measured the intensity of the pigmentation
present as rings or circles under the eyes
after 56 days of twice daily treatment with
ECLAT or a placebo. Using image analysis,
the area under the eyes was measured for
changes in the color parameters L*, a* (Red
/Green) and b* (Blue/Yellow) and analyzed
relative to the subject¡¦s natural complexion.
Note: A reduction in the red and blue coloration
indicates a lessening in discoloration of
the skin.
