Order Information
Order Processing

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays) from our distribution center in Taiwan within 48 hours after payment completion. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Regrettably, once an order has been placed, we do not have the administrative capability to add / remove or change items.

Order Expiration

Unpaid order expires after 7 days from the day the original order was placed.

If your order has expired, your order status under MY ACCOUNT will show as “Expired”. Expired orders cannot be paid for and currency exchange rate used to calculate your expired order will also expire.
Any future order placed will be calculated based on the latest exchange rate.

Shipping Information

We offer Registered Mail / Signature Release air parcel as our main standard shipping delivery method, with the exception of orders less than US$ 15 with US destination address. Orders less than US$ 15 will be shipped via Non-registered Mail by default and does not require a signature for parcel release. We highly recommend that you use your work address as your shipping address to ensure that the parcel can be signed for during delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is written correctly and in full when completing your shipping details.

Please keep in mind that Non-registered Mail cannot be tracked; thus, secured delivery cannot be guaranteed. We will not be held responsible for delayed delivery, non-delivery, or lost packages.

Shipping Fee
Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping worldwide with no minimum purchase required to registered silver and gold members. For guest check-out, a shipping fee US$ 4.99 will be incurred for orders under US$ 15.

Express Shipping

Express shipping fee is US$ 15.00 per order. Express shipping is not available for orders fulfilled by Amazon.

Due to postal office exclusions, express shipping is unavailable for the following countries:


Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Cancellation & Refund
Order Cancellations

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled and refunded for various reasons:

Duplicated order Items unavailable Customer request Parcel returned to UNT (unclaimed, insufficient contact detail, and refused…etc.)

If your order is cancelled, your order status under MY ACCOUNT will show as "Cancelled".


Refunds must be requested within 55 days of order placement. For refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

A processing fee equivalent to US$ 2.99 will be applied to refunds for all orders paid via credit card, and PayPal.

If your order was shipped or returned, a processing fee of US$ 2.99 will be applied to your refund and you are also responsible for the original shipping charges. Sometimes, import fee might result from the returned shipment. If such fees occurred, they would also be deducted from your refund.

Return & Exchange

Any problem with the shipment must be reported to us within 14 days after it has been sent. We offer money back guarantee if you are dissatisfied in any way. Only unused, unopened items can be returned. All return items must remain in the original condition in which they were received.

Product Return for refund or exchange

To return or exchange an item, please follow the following steps:

  • Please download the Return & Exchange Merchandise form here. Fill out and enclose it with your returned merchandise.
    We strongly recommend that you e-mail to or fax to +886-2-82277356 before enclosing this form in your parcel. This would provide us a record in case that the parcel is lost.

  • If you would like to exchange for other items that cost more than the original purchase, please contact us by email at for more information on payment procedure.
  • For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Please note that return shipping fees are not refundable. In case of damaged items, please refer to Damaged Items. Your return will be processed promptly when we receive it. All exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing time for an exchange is usually 7 to 10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return or exchange request.

Wrong Items Shipped

The content of all our shipments are photographically recorded to avoid shipping errors. However, wrong items might be shipped due to our occasional oversight. Please contact us and provide your order number for case review.

Damaged Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Please contact us immediately. Please provide the order number and your e-mail address for faster service. To assure prompt resolution, we recommend that you e-mail pictures of the damaged item(s).

Delivery Time Frame & Tracking Information

To check the status of an order, please sign in to MY ACCOUNT where detail information on your current order is listed. There a tracking number is also provided.

Depending on your country of residence, tracking may be available on your national postal service’s website. Please check availability and delivery time frame in the table below.

If your order has not reached you within the normal delivery time frame, please first contact your local post office with your tracking number for further assistance. If the parcel remains untraceable, please contact us by email at Please include your order number in all correspondence with our customer service.

For Fulfilled by Amazon Orders:

Orders fulfilled by Amazon are processed by standard shipping with estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends). For Alaska and Hawaii, order will arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on the location.

Note: Shipping time frame may vary (up to 21 days) for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.
